Why the paid rows are greyed out
The paid tiers need two things this version does not have: accounts, so a scan history can belong to someone rather than to a browser, and background crawling, so a sitemap with thousands of URLs is not walked from an open tab. Until both exist, taking money for them would be selling something that has not been built. The free tier is the whole product today, and it is complete: it really crawls, and the findings are real HTTP responses.
